Scope of services
Qualvera provides administrative assistance to help contractors organize existing company records, fill out prequalification questionnaires, and, when the contractor gives explicit permission, upload documents and responses to designated platform accounts. Each engagement is governed by a written quote or service agreement agreed upon by both parties.
Contractor responsibility and review
You are solely responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of all records, safety data, insurance documents, and questionnaire responses submitted to any hiring client or prequalification platform. You agree to review all completed forms and draft responses prepared by Qualvera before final submission.
No guarantee of outcomes
Qualvera only promises to guide you through the paperwork requirements and help complete the agreed-upon tasks. Qualvera does not guarantee or promise any specific grade, score, passing status, audit result, compliance determination, contract award, approval, or completion speed. All grading, verification, and approval decisions are made solely by the third-party platform or hiring client.

Qualvera is an independent service provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by ISNetworld, Avetta, Veriforce, or any hiring client.
