Independent help with ISNetworld paperwork and questionnaires
When a hiring client connects with your company in ISNetworld, you are typically asked to complete company and safety questionnaires and upload supporting records such as OSHA 300/300A logs, EMR letters, Certificates of Insurance, and written safety programs. We help you prepare, review, and complete those tasks.

What ISNetworld accounts commonly ask for
Requirements vary depending on your trade classification and the specific hiring clients connected to your account, but contractors are commonly asked to complete several core areas:
- Management System Questionnaire (MSQ): Multi-section questionnaires covering company overview, safety management practices, historical injury and illness statistics, training practices, and environmental or sustainability questions.
- Written safety programs: ISN reviews uploaded written safety programs against its own criteria. ISN calls this review RAVS (Review and Verification Services). We help you upload written safety policies and procedures matching the work types you perform (such as Fall Protection, Lockout/Tagout, Hazard Communication, Personal Protective Equipment, or Confined Space), often requiring you to match specific checklist criteria or identify page and section numbers.
- Historical injury and hours data: Annual and sometimes quarterly or monthly employee hours worked, along with figures from your OSHA 300 and 300A forms used to compute TRIR and DART rates.
- Experience Modification Rate (EMR) documentation: Uploading official workers' compensation modification rate letters for the requested years.
- Insurance certificates (COI) and endorsements: Coordinating with your insurance broker so your uploaded Certificate of Insurance matches the policy limits, additional insured wording, and waiver of subrogation clauses requested by each connected hiring client.
- Client-specific questionnaires and training records: Additional forms or training verification files requested by individual facility owners or general contractors.
Documents typically requested from your company
To get started on your account tasks, we generally ask you to gather what you already have on hand:
- Signed OSHA 300A summaries and OSHA 300 logs (usually past 3 years)
- Total employee hours worked per year
- EMR letters from your insurance carrier or state rating bureau
- Current safety manual and written safety programs
- Insurance broker contact details and current Certificate of Insurance (COI)
- Any training sign-in sheets or operator certifications requested for your scope of work
